The Trojan Times is Southwestern High School's official newspaper. It is made for students, by students. The Trojan Times serves Southwestern by covering sports and school events, highlighting community figures such as faculty and students, and publishing student opinions, reviews, and art.

The Trojan Times runs as an after-school club on the first and third Wednesday of each month in Room 115. All students are welcome to join! The Trojan Times is always recruiting students with varied skillsets and offers opportunities in writing, photography, copy editing, graphic design, and public relations/social media management.
